Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation rules before dispatch, after dispatch, and for unavailable products.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting APRAS Naturals support with the order number. Once the order is packed, dispatched, or handed to courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the refund or return workflow may apply instead.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, prepaid amounts are refunded through the approved refund route after payment verification.

Post-Dispatch Orders

For dispatched orders, customers should wait for delivery and then follow the refund, return, or replacement policy if eligible. Courier return-to-origin charges may apply where delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

Cancellation by APRAS Naturals

We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, payment failure, serviceability limits, suspected fraud, listing error, operational constraints, or legal restriction. Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded.
